I am available for retainer. In general, the retainer covers:

  1. Respond within 1 hour to requests for service,

  2. Initiate repairs within 3 hours of requests for service,

  3. All labor necessary to bring your network back to its proper operating state,

  4. I will install all client networking and operating system software as directed, to support the client's work,

  5. Provide remote (telephone and email) technical support,

  6. Act as the agent for the client to vendors,

  7. Periodically (at least once per month) I will report to the client the operational status of the network, or when asked to do so by the client.

Of course each customer has specific, unique needs. As such, the retainer can be fully customized to meet the needs of the customer. Please feel free to contact me for full details regarding the retainer contract. 

While I strive to continually provide all of my clients with the highest degree of service, all clients on retainer will have a higher priority of service and response over non-retainer clients.

Response Period
                            Weekdays, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Other times by appointment.

 

I work on a per task/job basis as well as on retainer.
I am available after normal business hours and weekends.
