I will discuss your networking needs with you. Together we will determine both your immediate and future needs. I will design a network that will serve both ends. My design will work with your current network architecture and will give you the opportunity to expand your network while assimilating future network technologies. I will develop either a custom computer solution or find the right solution for you from one of the larger computer manufacturers (Dell, HP, Sun, IBM, etc.). Sometimes I'm able to provide the lowest cost, best solution. Other times, I work closely with third parties to create the solution that fits your needs. I have a solid working relationship with Dell and HP, however I work with all manufacturers as well as consider what I can personally provide to ensure you get the right solution for your needs. I use the highest-quality workmanship when installing networks. This includes everything from bringing in the most qualified subcontractors (when necessary), using the highest-quality hardware and software, to setting up the network to work for you. Network maintenance takes many forms, from real-time monitoring to regularly scheduled maintenance. I will work with you to determine the maintenance plan necessary for your network and will provide those services to ensure your network remains up and running. I will help to ensure your systems have the highest degree of "up time" possible. This includes ensuring you've got the right maintenance and backup schedules. When a system does need to be serviced, I provide same-day response. I'll work with any vendors of your hardware or software that are under warranty to get you the replacement parts quickly, under your warranty contract with that vendor. As systems age and technologies and business requirements develop, I can help you ensure you implement the appropriate upgrades to keep your system fully functional and your business competitive. The one constant to all computers and networks is that at some point, something will need to be fixed. This may be a simple issue such as a computer not being able to connect to the network or a major issue such as a server going down. I will provide the necessary services to ensure that when any issue arises you, your computer and/or network will be impacted for least amount of time. One of the fastest growing areas for crime is security breaches into a company's network. "Security" as a general concept varies from home to home and business to business. I will provide a security architecture that will allow you the highest degree of security without limiting your abilities. Though the only way to ensure no one (both from inside and outside your home/office) breaches your computer or network security is to not bring your systems online, my security architecture will create the optimal balance between security and performance.
