Pratt with Lathrop is such a competent IT tech - waaaaay above my techno level. However, he explains what is needed to bring my computer workings up to speed and more so I am compatible sharing files, saving volumes of work to fluffy clouds. As well, he looks for best online deals to help me techno-wise so my independent business person budget is not blown on IT and computer stuff! Love his low key mannerism as well. Will call him again for IT/computer issues.
