Pratt has taken care of the needs of the company and the employees for years. He gives consistent, honest hard work and always gives us the best customer service. He is always available to help us with our IT and networking needs. I'd make him employee of the month if he were on the payroll.

Pratt Lathrop is the best IT guy we have ever seen. He is always there for you, professional, friendly, and understanding. We had a lot of problems. He came in and sat down with us explained his plan for the office making sure it was just what we wanted and worked late to make sure it was exactly as he said it would be. He helped navigate through the process and was here for all installation. When he left it was a whole new internet world. Five stars are not enough.

Pratt with Lathrop is such a competent IT tech - waaaaay above my techno level. However, he explains what is needed to bring my computer workings up to speed and more so I am compatible sharing files, saving volumes of work to fluffy clouds. As well, he looks for best online deals to help me techno-wise so my independent business person budget is not blown on IT and computer stuff! Love his low key mannerism as well.
